  Put in large mixing bowl:
4cUnsifted Gold Medal flour
1tbSugar
1tsSalt
  Add:
1 3/4cCrisco
  Blend with a pastry blender
  Or fork.
  Add all at one time:
1/2cCold water
1 Egg
1tbVinegar
